That's the whole point. A human artist sculpts from your photo, and you approve (or request changes to) the 3D preview before we craft anything.
How long does it take?
3D preview within 48h. Production 7-10 business days after your approval. Tracked shipping 5-8 business days. Total: about 3 weeks.
What photos work best?
One person (or pet) per photo, face clearly visible, decent lighting. Phone photos are perfectly fine.
Can you add uniforms, glasses, tattoos, logos?
Yes - leave a note at checkout. Small details are our favorite part.
What if I don't like the preview?
Unlimited revision rounds. Still not happy? Full refund. We never craft without your yes.
Christmas deadline?
Order by December 1 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. After that, grab a TinyPoppet Reveal Card - a beautiful printed card of their 3D preview to gift on the day, figurine follows in January.
