TinyPoppet Shipping Policy
Every figurine is made to order. Here is the full timeline from order to doorstep:
- 3D preview: emailed to you within 48 hours of your order.
2. Production: 7 to 10 business days after you approve your preview. Each TinyPoppet is sculpted and hand-painted, great things take a little time.
3. Shipping: tracked shipping to the United States takes 5 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Total: about 3 weeks from order to delivery, assuming a quick preview approval. A slow approval pauses the clock, so reply fast to get it fast.
Christmas deadline: order by December 1 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After December 1, choose the TinyPoppet Reveal Card at checkout: a beautiful printed card of the 3D preview to gift on the day, with the figurine following in January.
All orders ship with tracking and arrive in gift-ready packaging.
