TinyPoppet Refund Policy
Every TinyPoppet figurine is a one-of-a-kind, made-to-order product sculpted from your photo. Our policy is built around one simple promise: you approve your 3D preview before we ever craft your figurine.
- Before preview approval: cancel anytime for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
2. Preview revisions: unlimited revision rounds are included. If you are still not satisfied with your 3D preview after revisions, we will refund you in full.
3. After you approve the preview: your TinyPoppet goes straight to crafting. Because it is a custom product made only for you, approved orders cannot be refunded or exchanged for likeness reasons. The preview you approved is the product you receive.
4. Damaged in transit or manufacturing defects: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free remake or issue a full refund, your choice.
5. Christmas orders: order by December 1 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after December 1 can be gifted with a TinyPoppet Reveal Card while the figurine is being crafted.
